The Bay St property is built by Pacific Plus Constructions. Designed by MacCormick & Associates Architects, it is a ‘modernist mansion’ that includes spacious living areas, sustainable design elements, a commercial grade kitchen, swimming pool, wine cellar and a secure basement garage for 12 cars.

The property has recently featured at the Sydney Morning Herald.

Mosman’s latest double-digit millions sale was notched up last week when settlement took place on the $12.8 million sale of a vast new non-waterfront residence sold by commercial property developer Peter Papas (a former investment banker and software entrepreneur)  to a buyer from mainland China. In late 2012, the Bay Street residence sold in an off-market deal through Richard Simeon and Mark Manners of Richardson & Wrench Mosman.
