The Glenmire house at Stanley Ave, restored by Pacific Plus Constructions, has been featured as one of SMH Dream Home’s ‘Top 20 Beautiful Properties You Can Buy Right Now’
The Glenmire house is a detailed restoration of the second oldest property in Mosman, by Pacific Plus Constructions. At one stage damaged and left in disrepair after WWII, the house was originally owned by gold miner Edwin Stanley. The property is now fully restored and features a car lift, passenger lift, integrated technology and heated floors.
Pacific Plus Constructions was awarded a Master Builders Association Excellence Award for their work on this property. The judge’s comments:
